State of the Village address set for Feb. 23

Lombard Village President William “Bill” Mueller will deliver his 18th “State of the Village” address on Wednesday, Feb. 23 during the Lombard Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry's monthly luncheon.

The address will feature Mueller as the speaker of the February Chamber of Commerce luncheon, to be held at Harry Caray's Italian Steakhouse, beginning at 11:15 a.m.
