Lake Barrington closes village hall after storm

Village offices were closed in Lake Barrington on Wednesday after a blizzard dumped near-record accumulations of snow on the region.
Garbage collection in the village also was suspended for the day. Waste Management will complete curbside collection on Thursday, weather permitting.
