Where, if anywhere, could the current budget be trimmed, and conversely, are there areas the budget does not give enough money to?Green Oaks runs a fiscally responcible budget.Our village administration and board works with residents and contractors to understand and provide the exact needs to keep costs in control.We are always working with our engineers and attorneys in obtaining accurate information to assist in making responcible fiscal decisions. We also work continuously to find government grants that fiscally support our projects.What's one good idea you have to better the community that no one is talking about yet?Continue to grow our infrastructure of walking and bike paths to connect the residents closer to the Forest Preserve properties, Lake Kathryn Park, Lambs Farm, and the Green Oaks Business District.Green Oaks residents are very responsible in their re-cycling efforts and keeping our village green for the enjoyment of everyone.
