Update: Thanks to rookie sensation Blake Griffin, the Clippers (19-28) have surged in the standings. They are 14-7 since Dec. 15 and beat Milwaukee on Monday for their ninth straight home win. Griffin is averaging 22.8 points and 12.7 rebounds. Leading scorer Eric Gordon has been out with a wrist injury and is unlikely to play against the Bulls but is expected back soon. His replacement, Randy Foye, has scored 20 points in three straight games. The Bulls are 5-16 against the Clippers since the 2000-01 season but have won two of the last three road meetings.
