The skinny: The Ramblers carry a three-game winning streak into this clash with the Horizon League’s leader. Loyola fell 73-55 on Dec. 30 at CSU as the Vikings built a 17-point halftime lead. The Ramblers couldn’t handle Cleveland State’s pressure (18 turnovers) and didn’t shoot well on 3-pointers (3 of 14). Senior Geoff McCammon is 13 of 24 on 3-pointers during the winning streak, so he could take care of the second issue. CSU guard Norris Cole looks like the Horizon League’s player of the year, if not an NBA first-round pick, with 20.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 2.4 steals per game.
