Check ethics of lame-duck voting

Lame-duck legislation — is it legal? I would say yes. Is it moral? Is it ethical? I’m pretty sure my answer to the last two questions is significantly different from the answer you would get from our legislative leaders in both Springfield and Washington, D.C.
