Let me see, the Illinois Senate voted to abolish the death penalty, and in the same meeting, to raise our taxes. So if someone in Illinois did what happened in Arizona, we would put him in prison for life. So the taxes you are raising would just pay to house these animals.

Why pay the shooter’s his meals, medical and put a roof over his head for life? Don’t even waste a dollar of my money; put the death penalty on pay-per-view. Get the money free.
