City still accepting comments on Downtown2030 Plan
The city of Naperville is now accepting comments on the Naperville Downtown2030 Plan. An electronic copy of the recommended plan is now available on the city's website at www.naperville.il.us/napervilledowntown2030.aspx.
Printed copies of the plan are also available for review at the Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St., and Nichols Public Library, 200 W. Jefferson Ave.
A 60-day comment period is underway for residents, property owners, business owners and other stakeholders to offer written comments on the recommended Naperville Downtown2030 Plan.
Written comments may be submitted via mail or in person to Amy Emery, Community Planner, 400 S. Eagle St., Naperville, IL 60540, or via e-mail to emerya@naperville.il.us. All comments must be received no later than noon on Thursday, Feb. 17.
The Naperville Downtown2030 Plan serves as an update to the last downtown plan that was prepared in 2000. Over the last 10 years, much progress has been made in the downtown and many new exciting projects are on the horizon. To continue serving as an effective and reliable guide, the Naperville Downtown Plan is being updated.
