Des Plaines Mayor to address businesses
Des Plaines Mayor Marty Moylan and city staff will review the city’s accomplishments in 2010 and outline ideas and plans for 2011 during the annual mayoral address to the business community at 7:30 a.m. Thursday.
Moylan will speak at Café La Cave, 2777 N. Mannheim Road, in the yearly event organized by the Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
The event also will include presentation of the 2010 Community Enhancement Awards, a chamber recognition given to businesses that have improved or expanded their business in the Des Plaines community.
