Symphony of chefs

There can't be too many chefs in the kitchen at Le Titi de Paris' Symphony of Chefs Dinner, a night of cooking by three top chefs — Michael Maddox, Pierre Pollin and Patric Chabert — on Sunday. Dinner items include a chilled chartreuse of shredded celery root and peeky toe crab, sauteed corvina bass with seafood medley, assiette of braised boneless short ribs, and portobello mushroom-stuffed quail with hickory smoked bacon and savoy cabbage. The dinner is $75 per person.

5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 23, at Le Titi de Paris, 1015 W. Dundee Road, Arlington Heights. Call (847) 506-0222 or visit letitideparis.com.
