Save the Iannelli building in Park Ridge

When we moved to Rolling Meadows over 50 years ago, our doctor in the city told us to find a doctor out here to save on the travel. That turned out to be the best suggestion we ever had because it brought us to Ron Hudec.

He became the real Rolling Meadows savior, delivering babies, fixing bones, curing every sickness young people with children could come up with. Over the years Ron and I became close friends, bowling together, going to city functions; I even had the privilege of singing at his boy's wedding.

He was our rock when our son almost died and my rock as my wife went through years of cancer and finally died.

Now he has retired and his hundreds of patients will miss him; some of us are in our 80s and the children he delivered are already over 50. We all owe him so much; a man who took time to talk with every person he worked on. What more can I say, only thanks, Doc, my friend for all these years. We all say thanks!
