Barrington town hall meeting

The Barrington Village Board invites residents to attend a town hall meeting on Thursday, March 3, from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at the Barrington Village Hall.

The meeting is an opportunity for the public to discuss important issues with village officials and offer suggestions for how to improve Barrington.

Topics will include economic and community development, including updates on the project at Hough and Main Streets and efforts to attract new businesses to the Village; updates on the Canadian National Railway situation; and upcoming events, including the inaugural Barrington Celtic Fest.

There will be a question-and-answer session and an opportunity to provide direct feedback to village officials. For details, call Village Manager Jeff Lawler at (847) 304-3400 or jlawler@barrington-il.gov.
