Radio: WSCR 670-AM

The skinny: The 10th-ranked Huskies are the Demons’ second Top 25 foe of the season, but there are lots more to come. UConn junior PG Kemba Walker comes to town as the nation’s No. 2 scorer (25.3 ppg). He shoots early and often (18.6 attempts per game), so the Demons must devote an outsized amount of defensive attention to him. For that matter, the Demons need to increase their overall defensive intensity. Big East foes are shooting 51 percent against DePaul while turning over the ball just 12.8 times per game. At the other end of the floor, one-time UConn recruit Cleveland Melvin (22.8 ppg in league play) is the only Blue Demon shooting better than 40 percent in Big East games.
