Winter rock festival

The annual Tomorrow Never Knows rock festival takes place this week at three venerable Chicago venues: Schuba's Tavern, Lincoln Hall and Metro. The festival highlights a mix of local and national acts who've generated buzz but haven't yet broken out onto the big summer festival circuit.
