Register for baseball Jan. 8, Feb. 12

The Central District Baseball League of Elgin recently announced that registration for the 2011 season has begun. Visit www.cdbaseball.org where you can take full advantage of our online registration feature or fill out both forms completely and return to Central High School at the walk-in registration from 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays, Jan. 8 and Feb. 12.

Or mail the completed form and check to: Central District Baseball League, P.O. Box 5551 Elgin, IL 60121-5551. Make the check payable to the CDBL. All registration forms must be post marked by Monday, Feb. 21.

There will be a $30 late fee for all forms received after Feb. 21.

Note: Registration forms received by mail or at the walk-in dates must be paid by check. Credit card payments are accepted for online registration only. Any registration questions should be directed to Paul Noeska at (630) 202-8322
