Sixers 104, Bulls 99

Carbon copy: Just as they did in Wednesday's loss at New Jersey, the Bulls played terrible defense in the third quarter and couldn't recover, despite a late comeback attempt. The Bulls dropped their second straight game and lost for the third time this season against a team with a losing record.

Guard oriented: The Bulls couldn't contain Philadelphia's three quick guards. Jodie Meeks scored 24 points, Lou Williams had 20 and Jrue Holiday 19. The Bulls won points in the paint 46-32, but it hardly mattered.

Philly payback: The Bulls walloped the Sixers 121-76 on Dec. 21 at the United Center. “No one wants to lose by 45 and then come home and get your butt kicked on your home court,” Lou Williams said. “That's been our focus — to go out and give them the same thing.”
