Why give Palin so big a voice?

I can't believe that the USA Today would publish Sarah Palin's recommendations on Iran and give her another forum for her wacky agenda.

She knows nothing about foreign affairs, how to negotiate with antagonists or how to employ U.N. sanctions. In fact, she sounds like she would like us to get involved in another war even though we are already overextended in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan. She is the last person I would want conducting foreign policy.

It is clear, however, that media outlets now including the USA Today, continue to provide her with an opportunity to use them to run for president. Even though her experience is only half of a 4-year term as Alaska's governor, she is constantly in the news providing proof that she is uninformed, simplistic and reactionary in her views on major issues that confront the country.

Palin is a paid contributor to the Republican Fox News. Now, regrettably, I guess the USA Today is joined the ranks of media outlets promoting Sarah Palin.
