Fire damages Bartlett home
Firefighters from Bartlett snuffed out an electrical fire early Wednesday morning in the 600 block of Rose Lane.
Bartlett Fire Department Battalion Chief Mike Clarke said neighbors of the home spotted the blaze and contacted firefighters about 6:25 a.m. He said units first on the scene saw fire on the exterior left side of the home, about 18 inches from an electrical box.
Firefighters put out the blaze within minutes, before the flames could burn inside the two-story structure.
Fire officials said there were no injuries or significant damage to the residence.
