Number of workdays fewer for teachers

Regarding Robert Kennedy's letter from Palatine (Fence Post Dec. 23), he left out an important fact in his comparison of teachers and other workers.

Let's not forget that teachers work a year that has approximately 170 days.

The equally hardworking public sector works 260 days. That make the comparison even more egregious.
