The skinny: There's a little extra on the line in the Huskies' final MAC tuneup. After starting at NIU for three years, fifth-year senior guard Jake Anderson transferred to Iowa State after being asked to move along by coach Ricardo Patton. He's averaging 11.1 points and 8.5 rebounds for the Cyclones. “I'm not looking for (revenge), not when I'm in a blessed situation,” Anderson told the Ames Tribune. “I'm in the Big 12. I'm way better off.” Anderson also is regarded as Iowa State's best defender, so what are the chances he gets paired with Xavier Silas? The Huskies' swingman entered Sunday's games ranked third nationally with 24.5 ppg.
