Reason for Foster to be out of touch

I believe that Greg Guckenberger's anger in not being able to e-mail Congressman Foster may be directed at the wrong person.

I read in the paper and saw on TV that all congressmen who were not re-elected had to vacate their offices by Dec. 1. This means they had to pack up and move everything out. I believe this would include their computers.

They were assigned a “cubby hole” in the basement and now have only the “Loser's Lounge” to hang out in when not in session, even though they need to be in Washington to vote and address their constituents' concerns.
