Deadline nears for Arlington Hts. vehicle stickers
Arlington Heights residents have until the end of the week to buy 2011 vehicle stickers for display by Jan. 1.
The stickers can be purchased for $30 per passenger vehicle at Village Hall on Thursday. Village Hall will be closed on Friday to observe the New Year's Day holiday.
Residents also can purchase stickers at the two currency exchanges located in Arlington Heights, at 18 W. Wing Street and 1764 W. Algonquin Road.
Failure to display a valid vehicle sticker on the passenger side of the front windshield can result in a $50 fine.
