Top post for Round Lake Park police chief

Round Lake Park Police Chief George Filenko has been named president of the Lake County Chiefs of Police Association for 2011, bumping Wauconda top cop Douglas Larsson to immediate past president.

Deerfield Police Chief John Sliozis will serve as vice president. Lake Zurich Police Chief Patrick Finlon will be the organization's treasurer, with Winthrop Harbor Police Chief Joel Brumlik serving as sergeant at arms.
