The Naperville Downtown 2030 Plan serves as an update to the last downtown plan that was prepared in 2000. Over the last 10 years, much has been done in the downtown and many new exciting projects are on the horizon. To continue serving as an effective and reliable guide, the Naperville Downtown Plan needs to be updated.
