Your news: Palatine's 2010 Toys for Tots Campaign

The village of Palatine's Toys for Tots drive has reached its home stretch. On Monday, Dec. 13, members of the Palatine Fire and Police departments, with the assistance of numerous Community Consolidated School District 15 schools, loaded a school bus full of toys to be delivered to Palatine Council Chambers.

Toys donated for this year's campaign surpassed last year, however, the Palatine Council Chambers is not yet filled to maximum capacity.

Everyone - residents, scout groups, churches, homeowner associations -- who wish to donate new, unwrapped toys can drop them off at village hall, 200 E. Wood Street in Palatine. Collections boxes are located in the finance lobby which is open during work hours, and in the police department, open 24/7.
