Four vying for three Elk Grove Village board seats

Elk Grove Village Trustee Nancy Czarnik, the last remaining incumbent, filed nominating petitions Friday for her re-election bid in April.

She joins a field of four candidates including incumbent Elk Grove Village trustees James Petri and Samuel Lissner, and Elk Grove library board Trustee Timothy Burns.

They are vying for three, 4-year seats in the April 5 consolidated election. Filing closes at 5 p.m. Dec. 20.
