Ondik, Naperville Central upset Marian Catholic

Emma Ondik poured in a career-high 41 points, and the Redhawks handed state-ranked Marian Catholic its first loss.
Ondik's 41 points were the most by a Naperville Central player since Candace Parker's 42 against Dundee-Crown Dec. 27, 2002. Emma Donahue added 21 points for Naperville Central (7-4). Simone Law led Marian Catholic, ranked eighth in the Class 4A preseason poll, with 28.
"Ondik had a tremendous performance," Redhawks coach Andy Nussbaum said. "She was the captain leading the charge against their press. A great team victory."
Lake Park 61, Prairie Ridge 54:
Alexis Hahn scored a season-high 35 points and pulled down 8 rebounds for the Lancers at the Mundelein Holiday Tournament. Hahn previously scored 32 in a win over Rockford Jefferson. Alyssa Hernandez added 9 points for Lake Park (6-5).
Montini 63, Freeport 10:
Whitney Adams scored 13 points and Kiki Wilson 9 as the top-ranked Broncos gobbled up the Pretzels at the Sterling Shootout. Tianna Brown and Kateri Stone each added 7 points for Montini (11-0).
