Update: Vinny Del Negro's team has some promising talent, but is off to a rough start. The Clippers were 5-21 overall (0-11 on the road) heading into Friday's game in Detroit. Rookie Blake Griffin is averaging 20.3 points and 12.1 points, while third-year guard Eric Gordon is at 24.1 points. On the other hand, veterans Baron Davis and Chris Kaman have missed a combined 30 games. Davis is back on the court. Kaman isn't. Oddly enough, the Clippers have won eight of their last 10 games at the United Center.
