Obama should stop appeasing GOP

The White House has reached out to us. The base looking for help in backing the president's pay freeze and federal employees.

I voted for change and I encourage the president to look to his base for direction and stop trying to appease the Republicans. They want you to fail, Mr. President.

You were a master at bringing sides together and solving problems in the community. I fear you have brought the right and the left together in unhappiness. They will never go along with anything you do. We want you to push harder for a progressive agenda.

Let me see a pay freeze on employees. How about Congress lifting their health care. Get the military industrial complex out of the Middle East. Shut down Guantanamo Bay.

We voted for change not the same-old same-old.
