Kane has good food safety plan

Food safety in restaurants and grocery stores is a matter not to be taken lightly. Kane County is in the process of putting in new food safety regulations for all employees that handle food. By doing this they are making it even safer than it already is to eat out. It is my belief that all counties should follow this example.

These new regulations require every employee of the restaurant who handles food to know all of the things that could go wrong before the food reaches the guest that may cause them to get sick. This is a key factor for safe food service in any establishment. In the past, the only person who needed to have a food safety certification was the manager or chef on duty. Kane County's new food safety regulations are setting the example for all counties to follow.
