Did AARP read health care law?

AARP, the advisory group for seniors, spent millions of dollars lobbying for Obamacare even with it drastic cuts in Medicare payments. When Obamacare was passed, AARP stated it was a new time for seniors health insurance. Now this very same organization is now spending more millions of dollars asking Congress not to reduce the payments to doctors.

Did AARP read and understand the health care bill or Obamacare before they spent their first millions?
