United CEO Smisek: We're 'loath' to drop routes

United Continental Holdings Inc., the world's largest carrier, said it's “loath” to drop routes as it continues the integration of UAL Corp.'s United Airlines and Continental Airlines Inc.

The company may add services in growing international markets while it's unlikely to add routes in the U.S., Chief Executive Officer Jeff Smisek told reporters in Sydney today.
