Neuqua Valley 71, St. Charles East 38: The Wildcats broke out to a 36-12 halftime lead and improved to 8-0 with the dominant win in Naperville. Jim Stocki scored 17 points to lead 11 Neuqua Valley scorers. Sam Johnson added 12 points and Jabari Sandifer scored 10 points.
Fenton 52, Leyden 46: The Bison (2-6) broke a six-game losing streak with the nonconference win in Franklin Park. Dan Montano led Fenton with 15 points while Colin Wallace added 13 points.
Metea Valley 65, Larkin 49: Paced by Kenny Obendorf's game-high 19 points, four players reached double-figure scoring for the balanced Mustangs (5-3). Milan Bojanic and Lashawn Cargo scored 12 points apiece and Ryan Solomon tallied 10 points.
Waubonsie Valley 69, Streamwood 46: Austin Keys scored 12 points as the Warriors (6-2) bounced back from Friday's loss to Neuqua Valley.
Latin 57, Lisle 46: The Lions (1-6) led 26-24 at the half but fell in nonconference road action. Kazim Khan scored 12 points for Lisle and Phil Palicka added 10 points.
Marian Central 60, Montini 43: Jon Gibbs and Dan Burke scored 10 points each for the Broncos (1-3, 0-2) in their Suburban Christian Conference Blue Division loss.
