How about good press for guns?

How about good press for guns?

In a recent edition, you had an article on firearms used in the deaths of police officers. While tragic, just more negative print about firearms. I challenge you to do an article or articles showing the positive aspect of firearms used by law-abiding citizens every day in this country. I am sure if you want to find this information you can.

In every issue of my subscription of American Rifleman there are at least seven cases on page 10. I never see any of these printed in any paper or on the news.

After the Brown's Chicken killings years ago I thought our elected officials were going to get tough on crimes committed with firearms. Now this week there are two more dead officers killed by a 19-year-old released from prison after serving half of his sentence for armed robbery. Just another case of early release or plea deals, because of lax laws or lawyers, to serve little or no jail time.

How about an article on these officials and holding them responsible and demanding they do something about it now; or will it be another article where he got the gun to do it.
