Thomas the Tank Engine coming to Sears Centre

Thomas the Tank Engine and his fellow engine pals from the fictional Island of Sodor will roll into the Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates for Thomas and Friends Live! On Stage on Friday, April 22, and Saturday, April 23.

The production, “Thomas Saves The Day,” includes railroad-themed songs, as Thomas and his friends chug along together to prepare for Sodor's Magic Lantern Festival.

Thomas & Friends, based on The Railway Series books by The Rev. W. V. Awdry, are popular, brightly colored train engines and cars that teach children lessons on life such as cooperation and friendship. The Thomas & Friends characters are featured in books, on television's PBS KIDS and on merchandise such as clothing and toys.
