Ela library collecting winter gear
The Ela Area Public Library, 275 Mohawk Trail in Lake Zurich, will host its annual mitten and hat tree in the lobby through Jan. 5.
Donations of new mittens, scarves and hats can be placed on the tree. All donations will be delivered to local shelters. For more information, call the library at (847) 438-3433, visit eapl.org or email infodesk@eapl.org.
