New look for Lombard water bills in 2011

Lombard residents will notice a different look to their water bills with the coming of the new year.

Starting with the January billing, Lombard water bills will have a new look, due to a change in print companies. The new bills will be easier to read and include a message center at the top which will allow the Village to inform residents about upcoming events, programs or services. According to Sharon Myers, customer service supervisor for the village, “Rates can now be found on the front of the bill next to the consumption, so understanding the accumulated charges is much easier.” Myers also pointed out that residents are also now able to view the history of the account online and can see the consumption, charges and payment history, 24/7.
