Grayslake Dist. 46 seeks board member

Grayslake Elementary District 46 is accepting letters of interest from residents within its boundaries to fill the vacancy created by the recent resignation of board member Michael Linder.

Interested candidates must be a United States citizen, at least 18 years old and a resident of Illinois and District 46 for at least one year immediately preceding the appointment. An applicant must be a registered voter, cannot hold another incompatible public office and they can't have a prohibited interest in any contract with District 46.

Interested candidates may submit a letter of interest, a resume and any other documentation that may be helpful in the selection process by 4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 6 to: District 46, 565 Frederick Road, Grayslake, IL. 60030. Mark the correspondence to the attention of District 46 board President Mary Garcia. Letters of interest will be reviewed at the Dec. 8 board meeting.
