• Chicago Blackhawks player Marian Hossa visits Anderson's Bookshop to sign copies of the official Blackhawks' publication, “One Goal Achieved: The Inside Story of the 2010 Stanley Cup Champions,” at 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 6, at Anderson's Bookshop, 123 W. Jefferson Ave., Naperville. A number to join the book-signing line comes with the purchase of “One Goal Achieved” from Anderson's. Hossa will only sign copies of the book no memorabilia. • Bayo Ojikutu author of “47th Street Black” and “Free Burning” discusses his fiction writing at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8, at Oakton Community College, 1600 E. Golf Road, Des Plaines.
