Maddock Douglas acquires Biro Creative
Elmhurst-based Maddock Douglas Inc. announced today the acquisition of Biro Creative Inc. as part of a multiyear strategy to lead in sustainable innovation. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Biro is a Vancouver-based creative firm that specializes in creating online movements driven by conscious consumers and change leaders.
“Earlier this year we acquired Change Inc., a Vancouver-based consultancy which gave Maddock Douglas the ability to develop the green innovations our customers are demanding. Biro advances the offering by giving us additional expertise in bringing these green innovations to market,” Mike Maddock, CEO of Maddock Douglas, said in a statement.
