Virginia Tech and UNLV are the top teams in the field as they're ranked among the AP Top 30, but Murray State and Oklahoma State joined UNLV in the NCAA Tournament last year. The Cowboys opened with three weak teams. Marshall Moses (16.7 ppg, 7.3 rpg) and Darrell Williams (8.3 ppg, 11.7 rpg) lead the way. DePaul backup PG Mike Bizoukas bruised his toe last week, so it's uncertain how much he can help. If he can't go, the Demons will use an eight-man rotation that includes three freshmen. Rookie PG Brandon Young leads the Demons with 13.0 ppg and 5.5 apg.Advancement: The winner of this game gets the Virginia Tech/Cal State Northridge winner at 1:30 p.m. Friday on ESPN.
