Palatine church hosts Thanksgiving outreach

More than 100 baskets filled with turkeys and other holiday fare were distributed Tuesday to Northwest suburban residents, as the Bethel Lutheran Church in Palatine welcomed guests to the Living Faith Cathedral Worship Center Church annual Thanksgiving outreach program.

The food collection was a collaborative effort among many faith groups and multicultural entities, according to the Rev. Larry S. Bullock.
