Don't delay seating Kirk

Mark Kirk won the election “fair and square” and should be sworn in and seated on Nov. 15 when the congressional lame-duck session starts.

Nothing will justify a delay by Illinois officials to submit the required paperwork on time as there was no excuse in the delay to send ballots to our servicemen in Iraq and Afghanistan on time.
