Multicultural show coming to Buffalo Grove

Buffalo Grove High School will bring the music, dance, and performance style of many countries around the globe to its stage 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 19, as the Multicultural Show is presented in the school cafeteria.

A full spectrum of song, instrumental music, and dance from South India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Poland, the Philippines, Asia, Turkey, Italy, and other lands will be featured as the stage comes alive with vivid ethnic costumes and world music.

Members of the Multicultural Club, sponsored by counselors Polly Knudsen and Elizabeth Pilarski, will perform, stage manage, usher, and sell desserts in this annual evening of global entertainment.
