Veterans at Lakes Community High School

Lakes Community High School will host its third annual Veterans Day Observance on Wednesday, Nov. 10. Officials say 55 veterans and their guests plan to attend. Activities include refreshments, individual recognition and an all-school assembly.

Refreshments are served at 1 p.m., followed at 1:30 p.m. with the assembly in the gymnasium to observe Veterans Day. Veterans who have not yet RSVP'd should contact Peggy Koziorowski at (847) 838-7106 and indicate how many will attend.

Upon RSVP, a form with more information will follow for each veteran to fill out and return. Information also will is available on the Lakes website, www.lakeseagles.com.
