Maybe BG board does need watchdog

After seeing the Daily Herald picture (Wed. Nov, 3) of Mayor Hartstein doing a parody of Lisa Stone, my first thought was that maybe the wrong person has been recalled. Mayor Hartstein certainly showed a lack of character. Perhaps the Buffalo Grove board of trustees does need a watchdog!
