Enjoy a campfire in Lake County

The Lake County Forest Preserve District will host a community campfire on Nov. 12 at the Greenbelt Forest Preserve near North Chicago. Music, crafts and marshmallow roasting will run from 7 to 9 p.m. at Shelter D, on the west side of Green Bay Road. Admission is free and open to people of all ages. No registration is required. Attendees should bring blankets or chairs.
