Wisconsin in position for BCS bowl

MADISON, Wis. -- Having made it through the toughest stretch of their season with consecutive major victories, Wisconsin finds itself in position to earn a spot in a BCS bowl for the first time since the 2000 Rose Bowl. Just do not expect them to talk about it.

Following a bye week, the Badgers (7-1, 3-1 Big Ten) have moved up two spots in the Top 25 poll. At No. 7, they are the highest ranked team in the conference, one spot ahead of Ohio State.

With four games remaining this month, coach Bret Bielema looks to keep his team focused one game at a time, taking care of its business and letting the BCS bowl picture sort itself out along the way.
