Several properties ready for auction

OAK BROOK -- Inland Real Estate Auctions Inc. announced the properties that will be sold during an auction on Dec. 8, including a multi-tenant office building in Rolling Meadows, with existing tenants and income in place. Appraised at $3 million, the 49,978-square-foot property with parking for more than 100 cars will be auctioned with an opening bid of $975,000, or $19.51 per square foot. Other noteworthy properties to be auctioned include an additional office property as well as a townhouse and an apartment building.

Also up for auction is a 6,060-square-foot tri-level building in Inverness. The well-maintained property, which is currently 91 percent occupied and producing income, is being offered with an opening bid of $375,000.

A newly built lakefront builder's townhouse in Hoffman Estates featuring a full basement, two-car garage and high-end finishes throughout, appraised at $325,000, will be sold subject without reserve subject to a minimum bid of $205,000.
