Wheeling's Restaurant Row throws a party

A chance to taste signature dishes from many of Wheeling's famous restaurants presents itself Monday night with the ninth annual “Putting on the Ritz with Restaurant Row.”

Admission to the event from 5-8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 1, at the Hilton Chicago Northbrook, 2855 N. Milwaukee Ave., is $40. The event will feature limitless tasting stations, various raffles, live and silent auctions, live music by the Northwest Festival Orchestra and a ballroom dancing exhibition by the Fred Astaire Studio of Buffalo Grove.
